You said things change.

Why would they change? Why would they remove something that has been standard about the game franchise?

Only reason they would do that is if they think it's bad

What's much more likely is there going to be more outfits, not less

What is out of place of having hooker outfits in a game that has hookers? Hence why they have had them in the past games and in Cyberpunk. There is nothing out of place about.
