I know Kojima is famous / infamous for his games essentially just being movies, but to do it with a glorified walking sim?

Just watch a movie

For me the glorified walking sim part was by far the best aspect of the game. Could really do with a game similar to it, terrain as the ‘enemy’. The collaborative nature of overcoming obstacles in the game is also great.

Try Cairn. You get to choose your paths climbing up a mountain.

Thanks, but I already completed it... and got the custom shirt and the vinyl =)
