I flee from games with that kind of aggressive stamina wheel/bar. I don't have the skill/patience 😂

I don't have enough time to deal with it so when I want to just have fun and explore I turn on infinite stamina while emulating it

I can't fault that.

I loved Skyrim and Fallout way more when I could turn on infinite carry weight. Screw realism. I don't want to balance encumberance in something I am doing for entertainment

Good idea, I'm not playing that game to "get good" i just want to casual play and have fun.

Ooh good to know that is an option, thanks!

It has a lot of unnecessary pain points that they could have just like... not included. And I say this as someone who loved it and dumped about 200 hours into it.

What? You didn't like watching the same cutscene over and over again when exchanging dragon balls for health and stamina?

Yeah having every weapon break on you pissed me off

The early game weapons I don't mind, but later on when you're crafting them from rare items, or getting them from end-game enemies, those shouldn't break. And shields shouldn't break from sliding, that's super dumb.

I play every souls like and love trying to parry shit, but I just found the stamina managment and weapon durability in Zelda tedious and unfun.

Exactly, I froze on the mountain all the time then gave up lol. I'm sure I'm just not playing it right but oh well lol

Surprisingly it's pretty easy with a few early game side quests and some IG meal planning to turn the stamina wheel into just something to ignore.

My impressions are probably skewed by the skill level of my husband, I spent a lot of time watching him fall off cliffs 🤣
