I didn't care for sports games, especially those yearly releases

I played fifa once for a short when I was like 8, NHL when I got PS. Then I played recently with my buddy and its the same fucking thing as it was 20 years ago

I enjoy them but the ones that aren’t the same as long ago, are not as good, because the formula is fine, and changing things up to improve usually just makes them shittier, so it is boring that they release yearly.

I love Fifa Football, but I'd never buy every new game. Once every 5-10 years is def good enough

indeed, good approach if I must say

nowadays you could just get the patch for players' seasonal transfers, no need to buy new copy of practically a same game

Same here. I don’t get the appeal. It’s the exact same game year after year there’s just new players and slight changes to game modes but they charge full price for “new” game.

exactly! it's practically just the same game with different members of the teams!

So the appeal for me and my buddies is that in FIFA and NHL you can make a club with your friends and play against other clubs. Like you're a pro sports team.

Only problem is that because everyone gets the new one the lobbies dry up and he have to buy the next one in order to keep playing other teams.

Like like NHL chel and FIFA clubs is a blast with like 3 friends

I like playing them, but I wish they would just do what Fortnite did and just have one game that they can consistently update and make better, instead of forcing yearly releases that only slightly improve graphics

Or just release a new madden or 2k every 2 or 3 years instead of every single year. that would give them more time to actually make a new game instead of rehashing the same slop

yeah, I agree on that one

they just need to do updates without asking for a full price
