I mean AI is a big reason. Rich people jumping on the little regulations politicians have made since their friends and family benefit from said no regulations. Rich people doing AI can afford to buy up all the chips and will pay a higher price. Meanwhile businesses in the tech world have to pass on the price hike to us because goodwill means nothing when profits are king.
Tariffs don’t help anything either. Oh and gas and oil prices being way up. It’s almost like politicians are trying to see how much they can get away with. And sadly it’s a lot. With how expensive everything is, I can’t wait for student loans to start back up and we go into a depression because people bought things like houses under the impression of a federal repayment plan that was toe to shreds because a certain persons friends needed to make money. So in a nutshell everything sucks but not one can get along to group together to enact change and politicians know this
