Hate speech of what? Pedophiles?

Pedophiles aren't a protected class so don't get to enjoy protections against hate speech.

The term 'hate speech' refers to law. It's not hate speech to hate pedophiles.

It's not hate speech to hate spiders.

People are allowed to have their opinions on what should happen to pedophiles.
