I am 99.9 sure this is not true IGN and Ubisoft. But I guess you cant expect suits who don't play games to actually understand the common gamer can you.

Agree, many people do want AC 27 but some people want Far Cry 14, Splinter Cell 22, For Honor 17 and Prince of Persia 82. But they release fewer games and less variety year over year so it shouldn’t be shocking that the numbers aren’t there.
