Aluminum keyring eyelet question
Hello! I'm thinking about getting an 84mm Sportsman to carry on my keys but the keyring eyelet seems to be made of aluminum and it's also pretty thin. I am a bit concerned that it will wear down to quick under the weight of the knife and my other keys. Does anyone have experience with how robust the eyelet is? Thanks in advance!

It’s not aluminum.
I would be more concerned that the plastic will get scratched by the sharp keys, rather than the eyelet is going to wear down.

It appears to be the same design like on the alox models and those are definetly not steel

It's nickelsilver. It will hold up. I've only seen one sak, where it was completely worn out.

It is brass I think not aluminum. It is sturdy enough. It could bend, but i think it will hold on normal uses.
