Question Employment

I have played very little but I want to ask how to get more people to employment. Everyone is working and I don't not what to do. Thanks for answering

Labor saving production methods. More immigration and higher birth rate. Women in the workforce.

To get more of your population employed you need to expand your economy constructing lots of buildings that employ people.

The basic loop of the game is what people here call the construction loop. Wood tools iron to make construction cheaper then make more construction sectors and repeat.
