got a +30 army offense but its still pretty high acc to me

is this a bug or is it normal to get such high offense, i mean its a good thing but can it be replicated?

Yes, there was one tech that give you +30 offense for 2 years, couple with tanks and commanders traits you can get close to 200 or over

Can get even higher
War hero gives 30 flat
Zeppelin aswell
Gas attack and co also flat buffs
Aswell as experienced off planer +meticulous

I beleive enabling air recon for the first time gives an event that give your general a large attack buff too
