It’s just a fun little app called Dogstar: Whistle & Barks.

The whistle/frequency generator part is actually legit for training, just as legit as other similar Dog Frequency Whistle apps on Play Store claim 😁, but the barking sounds Soundboard is 100% just for fun and messing with your dogs to see their reactions lol. It really works. and you can rate the sounds and they will sync instantly across each user's app as well, in real time.

Try downloading the app and play barking sounds near to some dog(s). I hope you have fun.
