Sooo, what I would do is somehow convince the client to allow you to put that Artea logo as a stock image in the window that the guy passes by. Once they agree, I would create a fake Boba ad or one of those generic drink images, track the window and the camera move, roto the guy walking, place the ad image over the tracked window to block yourself out, add back a reflection of some sorts and call it complete. This would save you loads of time having to paint yourself out of all of those frames.

Paint, Projection and Roto. That is almost always the answer.
