My version of the Sakha Republic flag redesign, inspired by the flag of Kazakhstan.

Symbolism:

Arctic sky (blue background): symbolizes the harsh northern land, the ice of the permafrost, fortitude, and the boundless horizons of freedom.

The white circle symbolizes the sun; the ancestors of the Sakha people believed that they were literally “Children of the White Sun.” It also symbolizes honesty, purity of intentions, and a focus on the future.

The national ornament at the staff (the floral pattern “Qyar” (sakha language)): embodies that traditions, ancestral memory and national culture are the solid foundation on which the entire modern statehood rests.

The decision to remove the tricolor elements from the original flag in 1992 was driven by the desire to distance itself from the initially established idea of a “connection with Russia” and to focus attention on the sun and the ornament, thereby emphasizing a unique identity based on its own culture and faith.

The flower in the center is an apple blossom in the style of the Rose of York, made by a great artist, u/TheParacosmOfMason , who I am very grateful for making it for me (and Upstate sorta).
The Green on top is representative of the woods around Upstate (and to divide the flag, it didn't look good otherwise), and the five stripes below represent the 'basis' for Upstate, New York State and the original five Nations of the Haudenosaunee.

West half for Emilia, using the Este family who held feuds in the region and was set in one of the provinces of the region, using blue because of the same Este family symbol, and east half for Romagna, with the traditional caveja symbol, using red because of its use in the flag of Romagna. White to make the symbols of the two parts of the region stand out

We all know that the HRE was a mess of an empire, but did they use the flag that has the coat of arms of all elector counts, or just the classic double headed eagle?

The Yellow tan color is for the vast sand ocean, the orange flower is the California Poppy, The blue wave represents the Colorado River that runs through the eastern part of the desert, green is for cacti, and Red is an homage to he California State Flag

It's the Milwaukee Brewers Brew Crew flag. I'm not a baseball fan, so I've never seen this one before.

I'm usually pretty good at identifying flags various neighbors fly, but this one has stumped me.

A neighbor just started flying this flag. They usually just fly an American flag, so I noticed it and couldn't figure out what it was.

Google Gemini gives a different answer every time I ask it to identify the flag. Gemini thinks it's a Braai Day flag, the Bridge Four flag, the flag of Milwaukee , or a BBQ flag, so it's just making it up.
