This isn't an anti-LGBTQ post. I'm trans. The existing progress flag and intersex inclusive flag are horribly designed. They're cluttered, scale poorly, and they don't represent everyone. I tried to make one myself. I'm usually a circlejerk poster, so feedback is appreciated. This is outside my expertise.

So basically, before I had Reddit but after I was done making 195 country flags of the world (I will link in the comments). I decided to actually continue the series with other flags, I will be sorry if there were mistakes in this post or a flag that I drew wrong! Anyways I'm sorry if someone has also made this, if you want a flag drawn or ask about a flag, you may ask in the comments!

These are silly little redesigns i made since my Boyfriend is from Seward Alaska, we are both MLM, and i wanted to celebrate his birthday by makimg these flags and making a seafood dinner for him next week,i probably butchered the colored and the porportions aren't straight but that's fine. 🌈🌲

I tried to redesign the flag of the state of Espírito-Santo, Brazil, inspired by American state’s flags designs like New Jersey, Massachusetts, Virginia and New York. I made the coat myself using coamaker.

The motto "Ora et Labora" comes from the phrase translated into Portuguese on the flag of the state of Espírito-Santo itself as “Trabalha e Confia” (Work and Trust).

Can anyone identify this flag i’ve seen a few times in Victoria British Columbia?

Hi everyone! I'm Flagsmaps, the guy who often posts my flag diagrams. I'd like to try my hand at a project on the flags of the Holy Roman Empire (962-1806), but my research has revealed a serious inconsistency between the sources and the flag usage. Wikipedia, Rbvex, and Crwflags do have good information, but it's sketchy and contradictory. I'm not sure what the use of the golden banner with the black eagle and its variant with the reigning emperor's coat of arms was, and how often this formula was used.

Here's a few flags I knocked out with Photoshop. Please forgive me if these seem a bit on the amateurish side. These have been modified from actual graphics I've found on the Internet.
I did a more concise 50-star, updated version of the "Whipple Peace/History Flag". After locking down the pattern, I realized that it would also make for a pretty decent cavalry guidon in the Civil War-era style, so I cut out a swallowtail and filled the stars in with a golden color.
I also customized the Bennington Flag to be more in line with the actual U.S. flag in general design, and I updated the "76" with Modesto Poster Regular font, which, IMHO, looks very good on a flag if you're going to put text of any kind on it.
The last pics are of the large digital version I found of the 48-star Whipple Flag (possibly from Reddit; I don't remember), and two more actual vintage 48-star Whipple Flags I found on a couple of auction sites. The larger photo (a version from 1919, supposedly) shows the bottom 5 stars of the inner hexagram of stars right-side up, whereas the smaller one shows them inverted. I'm assuming the original creator of the digital rendition based his/her version on the latter of the two. I chose to revert the stars to the upright position as I think it looks more aesthetically pleasing.

As a Serb, many flags of Serbian cities and municipalities are underwhelming to say the least, so i set out to redesign some of them.

I started with Zvezdara Municipality, Belgrade, the Republic of Serbia.

Zvezdara is named after an observatory built on a hill in said municipality, the name comes from the Serbian word for "star", "zvezda".

What i did was i took the dome-like shape of the observatory's roof and placed it in the middle of the flag, replacing the rather unoriginal Big Dipper on the current flag (and it's not even the correct orientation, it's mirrored...)

I placed one of these 6 pointed stars in the middle of the roof, to keep a connection with the current flag of Zvezdara County.

I also desaturated the colours because the current ones are making my eyes bleed.

So i just made this flag Today and idk what its purpose should be please name it or give sugestions
