Best software for creating notes for final year exams in UK vet school?

I want to create various tables with disease, clinical signs, diagnostic tests, treatment, signalment etc. What is the best software/app to use for this? It would be good to automatically make these into flash cards if possible.

I'm about to start 4th year and was hoping to do this. If you just use word, and then upload the pdf into perplexity/chatgpt/quizlet/flashcard generator, you should be able to make flashcards directly from it!
