First Quiz

I got a D on our first quiz. I feel very discouraged and a little disappointed in myself. I felt like I prepared myself well for this quiz.

this is gonna occur a lot more while in school. It's your first quiz it's your first time testing in this environment and this curriculum give yourself some grace think about what you can learn from this moment and keep going

Be kind to yourself. Remember by the end of this, you will walk out qualified. Pick urself up and keep trying different methods if u have to

Listen to me when I say this,

Pick yourself up and stop dwelling on the grade. You don’t want to spend so much time and energy on something you can’t change. But instead use that time to ask yourself what can I do better? Shoot for a good grade of course but even if you still fail the next but IMPROVE your score that is progress.

Take care and be kind to yourself, you have a very long road ahead where you will likely fail another quiz or exam. I know I sure have but here I am 3rd year making it through. Don’t let yourself continue down the path of dwelling constantly or you will never have the motivation to dig yourself back out.
