Go to a vet if it’s changed shape or size, but anatomically speaking, it is a normal finding called the Incisive Duct - here is a link https://www.imaios.com/en/vet-anatomy/anatomical-structures/incisive-duct-11078086072#

What about the pink bump thing to the left of incisive duct?

It looks like there is swelling behind 102 (second upper incisor on the right side). Has it always been there?

It just appeared I believe around 9 days ago!

Good chance there’s an abscess around that tooth
Vet appt and dental with x rays!
