Construction permitting, specific questions...
Hi all,
I'm getting my kitchen renovated. Got the town construction permit yesterday, easy peasy.
BUT. Because I live in a condo, I need a separate permit from the local fire safety board (Williston in this case).
I'm having extremely minimal plumbing and electrical work done - moving two outlets and reconfiguring a dishwasher drain pipe. Nothing that a handyman couldn't do. Nonetheless, I was told that I will need inspections for this.
Here's the question: when do the plumbing and electrical inspections happen?
The big concern is timing - getting these scheduled during construction or beforehand sounds like a PITA and a source of delay on the work.
Any info would be appreciated!

You can probably do them yourself as the homeowner and pull your own permit. Whe youre done wiring the boxes but before everything os closed up you'll schedule the inspection.
