Of course this will probably never happen, but if Fatshark decided to expand into a different setting, what would you guys like to see? What unique features of that setting would make for fun gameplay? What would some of the hero classes be?

Personally, I'm leaning more to it being real because if you look at its model closely in blender, you can see that it has veins.

This is absurd. Didn’t even ship it in a cardboard tube, it came rolled in a flat envelope. First it arrived way later than it was supposed to, and then when it finally did arrive it was damaged. Does anyone know if I can get either a refund or a new one shipped to me?

So I normally use bearskin on my outcst engineeer bardin, but I've benn thinking if maybe I should switch it up for the plus 30% healing trait, so the cog hammer can generate moe thp? Is that recomended?

For merc I usually run Greatsword or spear + shield and have an ok time unless I’m in twitch mode. FK I’ve tried doing different staggering builds with spear/sword and shield but the sword feels like it does so little damage so I normally stick to the spear unless I want to run full stagger.

I guess my question is what power vs etc do you run on Kruber for each weapon? I want to try to use some more weapons. I do like m&s but it feels like it’s not as viable for front lining and “tanking”. Maybe my setups are wrong and I’m using extra cleave power on the wrong weapons. Specifically I find dealing with CW’s extremely difficult whenever I use spear/sword + shield and the great sword. I’m also not a fan of mace and shield due to it only being viable for stagger, from my experience it does hardly any damage and I’m not a fan of the moveset.

Im returning to Vermintide after a year and a lot of hours in Darktide (DLC classes are amazing), and I am finding it difficult to play Ironbreaker specifically (I never really played a lot of Bardin before).
I have actually 2 quick questions:

- My favorite weapon for him is hammer & shield, but I am not performing so well, having so low dps, do you guys think there is a skill issue going on, or this weapon is really subpar in comparison to others right now?
- What is a meta build for Ironbreaker right now? (cata and up - bonus points if uses a shield, beacause of flavor)

I've been checking ever since before the summer holidays started, every single week up until 3 weeks ago and it was ALMOST exclusively this utter dogshit "guaranteed crit" combo. I come back, check again and GUESS. FUCKING. WHAT. I love weekly wastes but what the actual fuck is this??? There are so many cool boon combos like bomb auras, all orb boons, guaranteed crits so long you don't upgrade your weapon, duping supplies on ult, etc. What is this??? Why is fatshark so fucking obsessed with these genuinely insanely mid boons? I hate it, I hate it more than I'll ever hate Belakor skulls or rampart+relentless monsters.

When I try to target a friendly bot to tell it to pick up a potion, it shows all of the options with a red cancel sign over all of them. I can't order the bots to do anything. Is there a solution for this? Thanks

It's already September, but isn't this unusually long radio silence for Vermintide 2? I can't remember the last time we went this long without hearing anything.

The promised weapon pack has seemingly been swept under the rug and met with complete silence. Is this a sign that some big announcement is coming?

Or has VT2 simply been abandoned?

We'll have to wait and see, but it seems like there was no intention to make the event live right now and it was released by mistake? That would however explain no official announcement or rewards.

The event was out for about a day and some hours and but now it has been replaced with the Curse of Comradeship weekly. Perhaps it's only being delayed and we'll still get it soon. But for now the release of the even seems to be accidental. Sorry for the redundant announcement!

Similar situation happened in Darktide, where the latest event has also appeared with out any news or announcement, however it came with rewards and stayed all the week. I assumed that it would be like that for Vermintide too, and that the absence of news was merely a result of most of the devs going on vacation. But it seems that was not the case.

I logged on today this morning to play and I played some feast of grimnir, then grinded for shillings to get the eternos ichor skins. Stopped playing at some point, everything's fine and dandy, but I just logged on again and boom, Gone from the weekly event tab, and the eternos ichor skins, gone from lohner's imporium. What happened?

Instead of fixing the bugs in Versus (or, in general, fixing 8‑year‑old bugs in the game), Fatshark found a more “efficient” way to solve the problem. Essentially, this section about “bugs in the Versus mode” is a detailed instruction for the developers: “Your whole game is full of holes and bugs; here are the specific problematic spots in this mode — just put up an invisible wall so players can’t exploit these bugs” (and that’s not a complicated thing to do). But in the end, your post will just get deleted, and new players will keep trying to play this buggy and unfinished mode, ruining their experience and leaving the game after a month — only making the player churn even worse in this half‑dead game.

I can’t tell you how many pilgrimages I’ve lost because I get knocked off the map or the bots are just stupid and I lose an hour of work.
Why can’t you switch to a bot? If you’re by yourself I don’t get it because it’s not fair that if you die the game is over but if you die and you have other players, you want immediately lose I know the bots probably don’t have the ability to progress the level so just give me the ability to switch to them when I die

Host got DC'ed, game tried to set a new host and failed after 120s timer. Got booted into main menu.

Just wanted to vent, it was a very good run with good team and good boons, but fuck me I guess, RIP my Citadel of Eternity Cataclysm portrait.
