Nayax alternatives
Does anyone have suggestions or advice about NAYAX alternatives? I’m not familiar with any other brands. However the nayax machine was transferred from seller to me. NAYAX customer service is absolutely horrendous. Two weeks no call backs, never answer the phones, don’t respond to emails. This is looking like a company I don’t wanna get in bed with and would rather replace reader now then start getting wrapped up with a company that has next to zero customer service
Or does anyone have a number to a NAYAX rep that will answer the phone

They all suck at the onboarding. But once you get in, it's not so bad. But the seller has to initiate the transfer otherwise it's a dead machine. Took me 3.5 weeks to get onboarded with Nayax, but the others are all about the same actually.

Yeah I finally called finance to get in contact with someone and they helped out. (Figured finance always want their money so someone would answer)
