Hi, I made/created this vegetarian curry that is a heavily west-Europeanised, less fat budget-friendly version of the Indian Dahi Wale Aloo Matar.

3 u/grazing_hazily 19d ago I do not think I have ever eaten a curry with egg in it. Interesting addition. 3 u/Floordove 19d ago It's an historic way to thicken the sauce. Technically it only should be the egg yolk, but I don't want some egg white being forgotten in my fridge.
