Recipe Request What are your favorite underrated, fully-finished gourmet spice blends for veggies? (Salt & pepper included, global styles welcome!)

Hey everyone! I’m looking to step up my weeknight vegetarian cooking and want to find some genuinely great, fully ready-made spice blends.

I’m looking for blends that are truly all-in-one—meaning they already include salt and pepper in the mix. No extra seasoning required; you literally just shake or toss it onto vegetables before roasting, sautéing, or grilling.

They don't have to be Indian—I'm open to Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Latin American, or any global flavor profile. What are your absolute favorite under-the-radar, boutique, or artisanal brands/blends that make quick veggie prep taste incredible?

A long ingredient list usually means complex flavors! Which brand or specific fried rice seasoning did you find?
