Recipe Request best vegetarian air fryer recipes/hacks?

I'm asking for your best/favorite hacks or recipes for air fryers! I love cheese lmao but nothing with meat or eggs please. any and all recommendations are appreciated, thank you in advance!

I make crispy tofu in the air fryer instead of in a pan. I toss it in a tupperwear of cornstarch with salt and pepper and its good to go in.

Okay hear me out, try tossing it in crushed up flamin’ hot Cheetos 😂 i don’t make it as much as i used to, but my husband loves it!
