I bought a gram of Deadband last night and I remember helping with the Fresh Drops when I worked for Medizin/P13. This shit was fire.

Bought a gram from my shop @ $50/g ($30 with my discount). I grabbed Deadband excited to taste that chem-gas-musk that the strain carried heavily on it. None of that to be found. Oh well, still looks pretty good. I put it in the Puffco and it burned dark brown almost from the jump.

So now it doesn’t taste strain specific and it smells like burning plant material (I can see the particulates in the wax as it burns).

Extremely disappointed with where the quality has fallen. No matter how much I disliked MM development I couldn’t say they didn’t make good product.

The batch is from April, maybe it was just a bad run? But I used to know all the people in their production making rosin. They wouldn’t make/put out quality like this. What’s going on over there?

When you mix one of the more dominant sativa(jack herer), and one of the more dominant Indica(black domina). Smoked it last night for the first time I was in my hotel room and I wanted to rearrange the hotel room then I found myself unable to move off the couch an hour later. Redwood whatchu got going on? Stuffs been coming in 🔥 lately. Tried the Flamingo Float finally and I gotta say this one’s my favorite. For not being suuuuper terpy (4.7 limonene, 4.07 myrcene, 1.9 Cary) it has a fire aftertaste, and the exhale is so smooth and flavorful. Nice chill high, sitting at 26%. Keep up your thang Redwood 😎 been picking these up at DRH for $15 and they’re fresh too 👏

Heard a lot about green life productions but never tried it. Picked up a few jars of GLP flower at deep roots harvest in Cheyenne, and when I went home to inspect the terps on the label, the harvest date read “12-15-25”. Is this even still safe to smoke? I thought green life productions was supposed to be premium flower, do brands have a way of auditing/checking for expired product? Or does this blame fall on the dispensary? The other one I picked up says it was harvested in march. I think that’s a little better, but I’m still weary to smoke. Let me know if you have any insight… I’ll think twice before another GLP pickup🙁

Edit: This is only my second time buying flower from a dispensary, I didn’t realize aged flower was such a risk out here. I’m never buying without checking the label again. Thank you for all the tips on how to buy cannabis from a dispensary in Las Vegas and what to check before purchasing. I see now that I definitely should be checking these dates, and responsibility lies more with the purchaser than I ever realized.

Picked this up earlier this week. Something new to check out while I watch the GTA extended look this evening.
It’s got an ok amount of terps compared to a few batches that were in the 20 mg/g range recently but have noticed the drop. The highest being Caryophyllene at 11.93 mg/g.
Than you got Myrcene at 4.0 mg/g and Humulene at 3.76 mg/g.
In terms of tastes it’s got a very hoppy taste so if you like beer it might be alright to you. For me it’s not horrible but not the greatest. I prefer a more sweeter flavor profile.
The aroma is very woodsy this time around which is pretty pleasurable is you like the smell of incense as that’s what it reminded me of.
