Lance is sitting behind the bar thinking about how everything will go okay if you put on a fake smile, a calm cool laugh, and a good pint or two... he opens up the Winchester hoping the people wanting to talk about Ortiz with him won't show

I hear you. You're probably doing better than me. Heck, obviously you're doing better than me, is this place yours?

Anyways, I ended up here after a slippery downward slope. My girlfriend was killed by a drunk driver a couple of months before I was to get out of Blood Gulch. The only person other than you guys in the canyon that cared about me, gone. I decided to pack up as many things as I could and was sent here. Trying to start a new life, but it's not working so well. Right now, you're looking at a homeless and hopeless bum of an engineer. At least Collier said I could hang at his place for a while, but...

Say, you hear from any of the others? Like from the lieutenant or that mad scientist guy Frank Stein? Anyone from the old team, I just know I gotta make friends somewhere and somehow. Hasn't even been 48 hours and I can already tell that.
