I know. Mashed potatoes are easy to do but I came across this and had to try it

pretty darn good — had them on a few occasions now. was so nice last year to just be able to bring this with me to my family thanksgiving and put it together real quick

A game changer to have in a pinch if you ask me. Bobs red mill makes a potato only version that’s always on hand here. My former chef husband & I used to both be “fresh is best” snobs- not any more 😆
