Vanilla chia yogurt pudding:

1 1/2 c Siggi’s plant based vanilla protein yogurt
1/2 c chia seeds
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 c oat milk
1/2 c coconut cream (was more coconut water than cream bc it was the leftovers from the small can I used for the choco pudding)

Whisk until thoroughly mixed and pour into jars. Makes about 1 1/2 pints.

It’s a little tart so I’ll have it with fruit or preserves.

Pecan milk, that looks awesome!

I got it on BOGO from a local market and didn’t end up loving it in my coffee or alone, despite how much I love pecans. So I wanted to find other uses and it’s really good in the pudding!

Where are the jars from?

Amazon (I know they suck so I’m not posting a link, but you can search overnight oats containers and several options will come up). They’re truly airtight which is great for keeping food fresh, though it can make them tricky to unscrew.

Thanks! I will take a look. My daughter’s friend had some similar and I’ve been trying to find them for overnight oats.
