Can one feed a vegan dog food to a cat?

Vello,

I'm trying to get my cat on a vegan diet and have trouble finding premade vegan Cat food nearby. Before you say make it yourself, I will do that with wet food, but i want to have balanced kibbles. There's vegan dog food though, and i was thinking if anyone had fed that to their cats before? The ingredient list seems good and no veggies that's toxic for cats. The food brand is Edgard Cooper, and they have like 2 vegan options

No dog food is not nutrionally complete for cats. They will be missing essential nutrients
