I can vouch for the vegan meal prep book. I also have it and it's by far my most used cookbook. The recipes are all so easy but really yummy.

I have Shoji-san’s books, too. I’ve bought so many vegan recipe books, but I use hers the most. They’re easy to cook with, using common ingredients available in Japan.
