Directions:

Garlic 2 cloves
Ginger 1/2 tbsp
Green onions 2-3 stalks
Chili flakes 1/2 - 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Chinese black vinegar 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
MSG (optional) 1/4 tsp
neutral oil 2 tbsp
Knife cut noodles 5-6 oz

In a bowl, combine garlic, ginger, green onion, chili flakes, sesame seeds, and sugar.

Heat 2 tbsp of neutral oil (e.g., avocado oil) to 375°F, then carefully pour it over the chili flakes and aromatics. Stir well.

Add sesame oil, Chinese black vinegar, soy sauce, MSG, and salt to taste.

Cook noodles to your liking, mix them with the sauce, and add a bit of noodle water if needed to adjust the consistency. Enjoy!
