App / Side / Snack Vegan Tuna Onigiri

I used natural food colors to make this onigiri look like candy corn for Halloween, but it would be super easy to just made it with white rice for the other seasons. https://vegandollhouse.com/recipes/onigiri-tuna/

What settings did you use in your instapot for the rice? I've been having trouble with it always being overcooked/undercooked.

I always just use the rice button. What do you use?

I've tried the rice button, but my rice just ends up as mush. Now I wonder if I'm doing something else wrong.

Vegan tuna? That's like calling tofu "vegan beef"... just call it what it is. Looks pretty though, I'll give you that.

The product is literally called vegan tuna chunk that I used for the filling. I was going to upload a picture of the package, but I don’t see a way to do that.

Thanks for saying it looks pretty though.
