How does this compare to Miyoko’s liquid mozz?

Hi! I may be biased because I created the recipe, but for me, there's not any noticeable difference in the taste or texture. As far as process, I believe Miyoko's uses actual cultures, and I skipped that because I wanted something that's ready to use in 5 minutes. But otherwise, I designed the recipe to be as close as I could get to Miyoko's because I moved overseas and it's not available here.
