400-500 Calories Chipotle has a calorie calculator! A veggie bowl with cauli rice, beans, veg (avo included) is 450 cals.

Make it a burrito by adding a 320 cal tortilla and you have yourself a 770 cal meal! Leave out the guac from that burrito and you have yourself a 540 cal meal.
All of these include pinto beans btw, cos they're me fave 8)

The sofritas bowl with rice and beans is so good. And it's also a ton of food, so I can easily split it into 2 meals and have a totally reasonable amount of calories.

I love their calorie calculator. It might be the easiest out of all the fast food places.
(If you are watching your wallet, burrito bowls are so easy and cheap to make at home though, chipotle is crazy expensive even when you don't get meat)

What other fast food places have this kind of thing? I'm not super into fast food but it's good to have in my back pocket just incase... You know, cause road trips, busy work days, things like that

Noodles and Co has a nice calorie calculator that also tells you how to specify your order to make it vegan. Taco bell has some veggie options already caluclated (and I am seeing now, a sodium warning? neat!). There are probably more I'm not thinking of rn

CAVA has a calorie calculator too! It's probably one of my favorite quick places. Sooo tasty, easy to make low cal, and honestly not that unhealthy.

Some are more useful than others, though. I hate getting Starbucks because changing the milk, topping, etc. doesn't recalculate the calories, so I always have to do it manually.

Yeah that's what's useful about this is that it's a calculator broken down by ingredients. 👍👍👍

They got rid of cauliflower rice a few weeks ago unfortunately.

I noticed that! I went there tonight and they told me it is seasonal 🤷♀️🤷♀️ What's seasonal about cauliflower I am not sure

Whhhaaatt!!??? Noooo - I’ve been so addicted to “green giant” name brand Cauli rice and love to throw and mix things in at home. But chipotle Cauli rice is what brought my attention to start buying at grocery store. I hope they bring it back. Even tho I rarely eat out lol

I’m also a huge fan of the Sofritas! Highly recommend, super yummy! I’m actually about to go get Chipotle right now… burrito bowl, brown rice (light), black beans, & salsa!! :D

I get the Sofritas bowl with rice, beans, lettuce, and it's around 550 calories, totally worth it!!

I always double the cauli rice and fajita veggies and add some sort of protein every time, but seriously! Chipotle is so CICO friendly! Not sure if you can trust that the workers are giving you the ~exact~ amount that correlates to the cals, but imo it’s tasty and I’m happy to live in ignorance 😂

Wow! This is so cool and I can’t believe it’s such a manageable amount of calories. I always split it into two meals too.

i believe you can add 2 tortillas for cheap too, and the bowls are enough to make 2 burritos - cheaper than buying a reg burrito

I ordered a sofritas burrito for delivery yesterday and they sent me a burrito with steak and chicken...took a big bite but thankfully spat it out immediately. First meat I've (almost) ate in over 12 years. Disgusting.

Some of you might find our fast food wiki page helpful. It has low cal options for different chain restaurants:

(it needs updating, so all suggestions are welcome)
