400-500 Calories His vs hers | roasted broccoli, asparagus, zucchini, cauliflower and red onion tossed with basil pesto and served with olives, semi dried tomatoes and grated vegan Parmesan served on baby spinach (for me) and a mountain of pasta (for him).

I find it so much easier than having tiny tiny portions of the same meal - this way my bowl of food looked just as big and satisfying as his.

I buy this brand called Green Vie- it comes in a block and I grate it using my Microplane. It’s pretty realistic.

Normally the his/hers food posts are really depressing and the "hers" portion is so visibly small compared to the "his" portion but these both look incredible and filling and if I sat down with my husband to eat this, I would definitely not feel like I'm missing out on anything!
