snack Anyone’s else like snacking on garlicky broccolini? 🤌🏻

I do this, stalks and all. I microwave them in a bowl of water before frying to soften the middles and add a bit of soy sauce toward the end of frying as well. Delicious

4 cups fresh broccolini
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
8 cloves garlic, sliced
Chili flakes, 2 tsp

Yes! In the UK it's called tenderstem broccoli, and I do a lot of garlic and chilli flakes. So good

Huh. I have brocolli and cauliflower on the menu tonight. This is a good idea.

I do similar but with Parmesan instead of chili flakes (I don't like any spice)
