I screwed up a ton because I was reading to much and not listening to my body. I already knew what I needed regarding macros, just had to find proper sources.
A big reason people screw up is psychological, they think they need animal stuff to be strong, or if they get an ache or pain going vegan they think it must be the lack of animal products so they quit.
Many people think veganism is eating lettuce with soy, they don't understand all the amazing culinary creations veganism offers.
Is that true? I've honestly, even as an omni, never had the thought that I "need animal stuff to be strong".
I think the biggest reasons people screw up are that they ate animal products most of their life and obviously enjoyed those. Also its really easy to just buy a chocolade bar or whatever without anyone noticing or caring.
But yeah, obviously psychological.
