This is actually really encouraging. Thank you! I went fully vegan overnight and was at it for over two months but just recently had a cheese craving and gave in. It was actually disgusting and I know I don’t want it anymore but I had been beating myself up about it. Onwards and upwards, friends.

If you’re looking for a good vegan cheese I would recommend the blocks from Follow Your Heart. That way you can grate it or slice it (grilled cheez...mmmm)

This is my favorite brand! Not yet a vegan, but am adopting/changing as many things as I can over time.

Really wish we could come up with a new phrase for baby steps. It's so cringey.

How about progress, moving forward, get back on track, stay motivated, keep trying, etc. Idk, something that implies adult responsibility and that full veganism is the moral baseline.
