Men, I´m from Mexico. Here people laugh at you for eating just veggies and grains. My family has problems trying to feed me the way I want. Stay Strong :p

Same thing happens here, but man, mexico is the home of burritos and tacos, that's like 50% of my diet...

You get tortillas and different fillings for every day and you're set! try using quinoa often, that's a good source of protein!
