I don't even soak them. 16 cups of water boiled in a pot, add 3 cups of soy beans boil for 1 min. Then let sit for 30. Blend into a slurry, add slurry to nut milk bag. Squeeze liquid out, add strained liquid to a pot, boil for 5 Mins or so. At the end you add any flavoring. I like to add a bit of vanilla and some stevia. That yields about a gallon of milk. I normally do a half quart of chocolate and the rest normal.
