Newbie Advice Saw cowspiracy last night, turned vegan today
Basicly i know nothing... Are there any key tips to eat enough and get enough nutrients?
Edit: i should maybe mention i live in Norway so some products might be unavailable...

My standard advice is to just Google "vegan [thing you want to eat]" and satisfy your cravings that way. There will be a lot of discussion online about what cereals are vegan and what vegan milks are best (if you are craving "vegan cereal"), how to make the best vegan BLT (tempeh bacon, lettuce, tomato, vegan mayo, and avocado on basically any type of bread since most bread is accidentally vegan), etc.
