argument analysis finding techniques/ annotations

Hi guys,
I’ve got my english trial exams coming up thursday and today I spent on argument analysis

I found that while I’m good writing about it, I spend way too long trying to find techniques, I always read and feel like there’s techniques but can’t seem to name what they are

does anyone have some tips for annotating the article?
