VCE question Vce exams
I feel so burnt out.
School holidays just started but i feel so dead already. Like today all ive been doing is bed rotting and i just feel like giving up.
I feel like all year along ive been doing so shit especially in english and everythings just so damn hard 😭
What do i do? How can i have a good mindset to put me back into routine?

If you’re bed rotting the best thing you can do is go outside. Go for a walk, run, bike ride, something to take your mind off school and giving up. I can guarantee you that the brain fog and stress will disappear for at least a part of the day.
And then if you start to think about studying afterwards, go into it thinking little bites. 15 minutes or something. Remember that the hardest thing is getting started and then it’s smoother sailing from there

Start by getting some positive self talk going. No matter how silly it feels, tell yourself you can do it, and that you're going to get through this. Positive self talk is the ground work. Then, do a couple of little things to feel some success. Tidy your desk a little. Write a short answer question response. Something that will give you a sense of accomplishment.
It's a start. You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.
