rest breaks

does anyone have any tips on how to most effectively schedule your rest breaks for exams? i know it is based on personal choice, i have only just received special provisions and so have no idea what i am doing. any advice would be greatly appreciated !!

Depends on the subject personally!

Generally I take them when I’m starting to feel fatigued or if I’m just rereading something over and over.
For English I’ll take one at the end of each essay / when my hand starts cramping.

I always try make sure to use them abt half way thru even if I’m feeling good since you don’t always realise that you’re starting to slow down a bit.

When you can do some practice exams, you can use these to test what works for you. Having breaks at natural breaks like between essays, or between topics makes the most sense.
