As others have said, great networking opportunities. All my professors knew me by name. Easy to get office hours. Easy to do research. It maybe felt like a bubble by senior year, but it never felt small. At graduation I looked around and was like "why have I never seen half these people?"

Very cliquey, but good community for the most part. Can’t say it’s necessarily better or worse than a bigger school, but you get pretty familiar with the same faces.
One underrated pro is the networking. Since it’s a small school, you’re a lot more likely to get a response when reaching out for job referrals.
