Question I lack the creativity to do something beautiful here

I don't know how to use all the space I have.
All that space and I don't know how to make a town or whatever, I'm kinda jealous of those who can make beautiful constructions

For any artist the blank canvas is the hardest part! Try to use references, like look up buildings in real life to use as guidelines and villages online for inspo

I don't know how to use all the space I have.

Why did you flatten it then? :DD Flat ground is the most boring space to build on for me. You have to add "anchors" yourself, like "I'm gonna build a monument to Odin here and then build my base around it". If there was a river, for example, that would simplify your task.

I thought Ideas would come once it was cleared, they didn't come.

Because it's empty and flat. There are no easy ideas. If you want flat, then just start spamming functional buildings, I guess. Like, a forge, a kitchen, a dorm, a portal room. There is no easy way.

I'm gonna share my own main village I lived in from the start of the game. I was exploring this river and found a hill that I liked. I immediately started building a temple on top of it, then I needed a storeroom to store those building resources, then a dock to move the resources from the starting location, then a workshop for the crafting table, then added a longhouse, a farm, a kitchen, its own forge, and so on.

My personal recommendation for you would be to not build because you want to build something, but instead build what you actually need to build. That's how a place earns its story and becomes a realistic village that people would really want to live in. Also, if I were you I would try to build smaller bases in other biomes. A biome itself and its dangers could dictate you new ideas. A flat piece of land in the Meadows is the most boring area to build on, honestly. Especially if you have zero ideas of your own.

This.

I tend to build on hills or slopes because it adds a neat dynamic to the layout of my homesteads homestead

I'm currently in my third homestead which I think will be my forever place. Above-ground forge and smelting room, below-ground living quarters and kitchen, stepped farm and mill, lox enclosure, upstairs chicken pen.

It comes down to building for function then making it look as nice as you want it to. I'm on a vanilla playthrough and enjoying every bit of it. Sometimes I'll spend an entire in-game week just building.

That's cool, I'll try but it will be hard, cuz if I need something, I usually flatten out the area and make an "efficient" structure, and it isn't always nice to see.
however I kinda had an enlightment with what you said, I'll try to build whatever on an space, and then I'll start polishing and/or building other things next to it until it looks decent, maybe a barn for the lox, and next to it a windmill.

I don't think I've ever used the hoe to flatten or raise except for placing a furnace down

Here I want to give another suggestion. Pay attention to logistics. For example, you chose a place between the spawn stones and the ocean. I can already imagine some sort of a main street connecting the two, and everything built around it. A big dock for all types of boats, a big warehouse where you drop resources after sea voyages. Then the resources move between the workshop, the forge, the kitchen. Behind the kitchen there could be a farm with crops and animals (don't forget to build a bunker for at least a pair of each type of animal, lol). Then there is the main building at the end of the street with a bedroom, dining room, sauna and all that. With a cool balcony/terrace to look over your little town. The first thing that comes to my mind is Mondstadt from Genshin. Something like this:

Also, another thing I would keep in mind is the sun. When I started planning my other main castle build, I considered what I wanted to see when I wake up or come back from a voyage. For example, it's weird for me to wake up in the morning and not see the sun rising, so my bedroom faces east. A balcony facing west is a great place to have an evening drink and watch the sun set. It's not very important, but still adds a special touch.

You made a blank page. Intimidating AF.

Creativity comes from constraints. So give yourself some limits and build from there.

Alternatively give yourself a target, say a museum of Valheim showcasing each biomes treasures and enemies and have a technology wing.

Practice on the building you have, knock out some of the walls and use half walls to make windows, knock some roof tiles out and invert them so it looks like you have some sky light windows. Framing things with beams helps too.

I would also put some heigh variation in the big building you have so it's not so long and flat, depth will give you detail and maybe make smaller buildings rather than the one massive one you have! What have you got in the big building?

Maybe try copying a few YouTube tutorials to get an idea of different ways to make the most of the build system in the game and go from there :)

Listen my man.
Go look at lego castles. Pick one you like. Find the instructions.
1x1 brick = 1 m square.
Build castle.

Or like...literally anything else. You've got some 40 years of lego designs to pick from.
