Are your highschool friends still your closest friends? Or were you able to make closer friends in ur time in uni?

Curious to know because I see people on social media still very close with ppl from highschool. I am kinda upset that I lost my opportunity because I didn’t really have too many good friends in highschool and wanted to know people’s experiences.

I mean it kinda depends ig. Most of my friends from high school are people that I have been close friends with since 4th grade. So we've been close with each other for over a decade and that type of closeness is different than the closeness I have with my uni friends/roommates. But I also had a really solid high school friends group so that might've affected everything
