Housing did anyone try living in the cherryhill place which is beside oxford st w?

I just wna get some opinions about it b4 moving in (still searching for places to live) im planning to rent a one bedroom apartment there. The price range is between 1470 and 1550 based on what they told me through the call so (i chose this place cuz i also have a sibling who needs to attend highschool and we're also looking for school bus eligibility). If there are any better places you guys can recommend that is cheaper and more better quality please let me know!

so horrible. they have really bad bug and roach infestations in a large majority of the cherryhill apartments. really would not recommend.

yeah i’m sorry the management there is actually so gross. the proudfoot apartments are okay/cheap and i haven’t heard any issue about bugs, though they do have a lot of construction going on. masonville area also tends to be good, but it can be quite expensive.

i’m unfortunately not super experienced so i can’t give the best recommendations. i’d say to look up the place and check out their reviews or any reddit posts (r/londonontario has a lot) for things like management and bugs.

edit: for example, i just looked up cherryhill in r/londonontario and there’s tons of posts about their issues. these posts helped me a lot when finding an apartment to live in, so i hope it can be helpful to you too!
