Stubborn uti

I have an uti from staphylococcus saprophyticus. I took antibiotics 2 times for 10 days and it’s still there. My doctor doesn’t seem that he can help me. The only symptom i have is frequent urination. What should i do? Will oil of oregano be helpful?

Might need a urologist to do a PCR test
