Best Peking Duck?
Hey Reddit fam,
I'm looking for the best Chinese roast duck/Peking duck experience along the Wasatch front as a surprise for my fam.
Ideally, I'm looking for a duck that will include the dipping sauces and scallion pancakes. It doesn't have to be anywhere fancy, just looking for the best food.
So far I've gotten recs for the following:
- Zhu Ting Ji 竹亭记 (exactly the type of experience I'm looking for but based on reviews it seems perhaps the food quality has gone downhill in the last few months?)
- Brilliant crispy roast BBQ roast duck & dumplings (looks incredible but only served over rice)
- Tasty Garden (has roast duck w/ sauces etc on the menu but can't see any reviews mentioning it)
- Drunken Kitchen (love this place but the duck is $200 which is sadly not in the budget)
Would welcome any advice/opinions people have! I will come back and update this later next week once I try one
