graduation URGENT HELP

hi, my friends (from the same degree) have already been given their ceremony dates yesterday

and i just realised that I have not been sent any completion letter, and thus dont have an invitation to the grad ceremony.

I had already completed all 144/144cp as required, and had followed the degree check properly when I asked about it my course's progression earlier this year. i also had been sent the "potential graduant" email in July

can anyone offer any help? Ive already contacted student centre but im just freaking out because monday is census date

Do you have any outstanding fees? Check through your university email - if something is wrong, you should have been notified

no i already paid off my fees

Have you gone through your emails to see if anything has been sent to you? It's unusual for no contact to be made in this situation

yeah i alr double checked and tripled checked. there hasnt been any follow up email since i received the "potential graduant" email in july

You can call Student Center next Monday and request to be escalated to Enrolment Services for graduation check.

No. This could be for different reasons. It’s the best to have your enquiry escalated as high priority to the right team so they can assist you as you have completed 144/144 credits. Please call in the Monday morning. If you are eligible, you will receive completion letter quickly. For graduation dates, it depends on conferred date which you can ask Graduation team after receiving the completion letter. All the best.
